Deep Blue Sapphire Faceted Heart Cut Gem Necklace set in 14k gold. The sapphire  gem measures 4mm and is set in a 4 prong basket setting. 

Available in 14K Yellow Gold, 14K White Gold, and 14K Rose Gold. Gem stone pendant is hanging on 1.2mm diamond cut chain.  

Cable chain is 1mm and the length 15" long.
