Exchange Policy, Returns and Refunds
Wendy Nichol is a design studio based in SoHo, NYC. All of our products are hand made, in small batches on site, and everything is made to order. Our goal is to provide you with a product that is thoughtful, of the highest quality, and made with materials that are environmentally responsible.
If you decide that you are not satisfied with your Wendy Nichol web-store order, we will accept returns or exchanges of products in their original, unworn condition, and in their original packaging. Upon receiving your order, you have seven (7) days to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and send your order back.
To obtain an RA number, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please write your RA number on the outside of your package before shipping. Any order sent back without an RA number will not be accepted.
We recommend shipping via FedEx or UPS as we are not responsible for any packages lost while being returned. All refunds will be processed once we receive and verify the condition of the returned items.
Overseas customers are responsible for all duties and taxes on goods purchased.
